Sanigrease S PM

Sanigrease S 2/4/7/10/15 PM grease separators are high-performance wastewater separator systems specifically designed for indoor installation. Available in five nominal sizes, these separators are made of rotomoulded polyethylene (PE), offering a lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant solution for long-term use.

With a compact tank width of 700 mm, the Sanigrease PM series provides a modular installation design, allowing flexible positioning even in confined indoor spaces. The inlet and outlet connections can be configured on either the right or left side of the tank, ensuring adaptability to various plumbing layouts.

Each unit is equipped with an integrated desilter for efficient collection of heavier solids, improving separation performance and reducing maintenance frequency. The inclined tank bottom facilitates complete discharge, preventing residue accumulation and ensuring optimal hygiene.

Two watertight covers provide secure sealing, effectively preventing unpleasant odours from escaping and maintaining a clean operating environment. The system also includes a porthole with a wiper for easy external level monitoring without opening the covers.

The PM versions are equipped with a porthole and windscreen wiper for external level control, a manual filling unit, a 3-way switching valve, and a pump.

In position 1, the valve starts mixing water, grease and deposits from the bottom to the top of the separator. The pump, equipped with a vortex impeller, reduces large particles.
In position 2, the pump discharges the mixture to the external tank via the drain column.
Finally, by opening the manual ball valve, the separator is filled with water.
