Sanigrease S PA

Sanigrease S 2/4/7/10/15 PA grease separators are high-performance wastewater separator systems specifically designed for indoor installation. Available in five nominal sizes, these separators are made of rotomoulded polyethylene (PE), ensuring a structure that is lightweight, rigid, and highly resistant to corrosion for long-term durability.

The compact design, with a tank width of just 700 mm, enables modular installation in confined indoor spaces. Inlet and outlet connections can be configured on either the right or left side of the tank, providing maximum flexibility for different plumbing layouts.

Each unit is equipped with a settling chamber for effective collection of heavier solids, enhancing separation efficiency and reducing maintenance requirements. The sloped tank bottom allows for complete discharge, preventing residue build-up and maintaining hygienic operation. Two watertight covers ensure a secure seal while preventing unpleasant odours from escaping.

The PA versions are equipped with a porthole and wiper for external level monitoring, a grease level detection alarm, a pump, a control panel, a remote-control unit, a mixer, an automatic water filling unit, and a control panel. When the maximum grease level is reached, the alarm is triggered. The operator can then connect the hose to the designated outlet and then press the start button on the control panel. The mixer then begins to stir the water, grease and deposits. The pump is activated to empty the separator. The solenoid valve is opened to supply water to facilitate complete emptying. Once emptying is complete, water is injected back into the tank.
