Sanigrease S 2/4/7/10/15 AD grease separators are high-quality wastewater treatment systems specifically engineered for efficient grease and solids separation in indoor environments. Available in five nominal sizes, these grease traps are manufactured from rotationally moulded polyethylene (PE), ensuring a structure that is lightweight, highly durable, corrosion-resistant, and long-lasting.

Each unit is equipped with an integrated sludge trap designed to capture and retain heavier particles, improving overall separation efficiency and extending system lifespan. The compact design, with a tank width of just 700 mm, makes these separators ideal for installation in confined indoor spaces such as commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, and food processing facilities.

The system features two air-tight covers that provide secure sealing while effectively preventing odour backflow, ensuring a hygienic operating environment. Additionally, the sloped tank bottom enables complete and efficient drainage, reducing residue build-up and simplifying maintenance.

Sanigrease AD models are equipped with a convenient inspection porthole fitted with a wiper, allowing users to monitor grease levels without opening the covers. The integrated water filling unit supports easy commissioning and operation, while the drainage hose and column enable smooth and controlled grease removal.
