The Challenge

The pantry's position within the office layout placed it at a distance from the main drain line with no practical route for gravity drainage. Beyond the access constraint, the grey water itself presented specific technical demands: dishwasher discharge at high temperatures, wastewater carrying food particles, peak flow surges when the sink and dishwasher ran simultaneously, and a confined under-sink cabinet that left very little room for installed equipment.

The solution needed to handle all of these conditions reliably, within the existing space, without touching the building structure.
